Just played Hampton Golf Village, my legs are still tired. It's a course that's so hilly it's easier to walk than ride.
It's younger than a Jerry Lee Lewis bride and plays that way. Greens are rough and if you scatter the ball watchout.
They do treat you well in the clubhouse, unlike Laurel Springs. Course should fare well in two years but until then get off on GA 20 and enjoy Winermere.
Bridgemill is another recent track I played. Fun course in a great area. There amenities are the best I've seen and the clubhouse is very nice.
The par 3 16 is the signature hole and it's not too hard for an island green.
Highly recommend getting out there before it goes private. If you can keep um' straight and you'll shoot well on this enjoyable track.
Also, check out the view from the Sales Center, almost enough to put my house on the market.
